On 4/22, the Patriot track team hosted Crescent, with both boys and girls emerging with dominant victories.
Highlights for the Patriots included:
Grace Davis won the 100m and 200m dash.
Jessa Kindel won the 100m hurdles and long jump. Her long jump of 15’0 was a personal best, and the second longest in PVHS history.
Amber Hogan won the shot put and discus.
Thomas Williams won the 100m dash and triple jump.
Cesar Morales won the 400m dash with a personal best time of 53.96.
Mason Parish won the 1600m (with a personal best time of 4:37.97) and the 800m (with a personal best time of 2:05.26).
Kameren Key won the 110m and 400m hurdles, with a personal best of 16.14 in the 110m hurdles.
Kiundre Hunter set a personal record with a winning jump of 6’0 in the high jump.
Congratulations to these and other outstanding performers! The Patriot track teams return to the track on 4/28-4/29 for the Tri-County Championships, with Region 2AAA championships being 5/4-5/5.
