REGION CHAMPIONS! Congratulations to Powdersville High School Varsity Boys’ Cross-Country team finishing in first place at the 1-AAA Region Meet at Liberty on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. Powdersville finished two points ahead of Pendleton to win the meet.

Powdersville finished with 42 points, Pendleton 44, Liberty 90, Seneca 102, West Oak 109, and Crescent 137. Senior Noah Brock finished in first place in a field of 42 runners and earned Male Cross Country Region Runner of the Year honors. Other All-Region runners were eighth-grader David Middleton and senior Tristan Cooley.

Congratulations as well to Powdersville JV Boys who won their race by one point. Powdersville finished with 29 points, Pendleton 30, Crescent 89, and Liberty 104. Sophomore Cesar Morales won the JV race with sophomore Kyle Peters finishing second and freshman Thomas Hudson third.
