Congratulations to Powdersville Varsity Girls Basketball on their 64-60 victory at Pendleton on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Lady Patriots took the lead in the first quarter and were up 24-20 at the half. Pendleton came back strong after the break, tying the score 28-28 three minutes into the third period and building up a five-point lead, 41-36, with 1:30 remaining in the quarter. Lady Patriots rallied and tied the score 44-44 a minute into the fourth period, building up to a nine-point lead, 61-52, with 3:22 remaining in the game. Pendleton chipped away at the gap, but three of their players fouled out and three more were playing with four fouls. Lady Patriots held on to win by four points. Great game, Ladies!

Senior Mikaela McDaniel was the high scorer for the game with 25 points while freshman Kara Harrison added 12 and senior Julia Jaminet netted 11.
